WELCOME TO THE NEW YLOA.ORG!

With this launch, your Board of Directors and management team intend to dramatically improve communication with you and all 5,500 residents of our beautiful foothills community. We’re quite excited and want the new yloa.org to be clearly THE place where you can find out what’s happening in YLP and get the information you want and need to make living here even better and more enjoyable.

NOTE: The process of building a better website is exacting and time-consuming. Because of that, we’re launching with four new pages — this one, and three others via the buttons below: Contact Us, Events, and Pay Bills.  But don’t worry — all previous yloa.org content is accessible via the menu links above, including your member login at top. These links will direct you to the former website pages until we are able to convert them to the new, more responsive format.

Please keep checking back in coming weeks to see what we’ve added. We’ll also let you know what’s new on our weekly YLP Voice email newsletter and our official YLP Facebook page. We’re glad to see you here!

We have received many calls about a PG&E subcontractor doing work for PG&E here in the park. To help allay resident concerns about this program, we wanted to share a little information with you.

2018 YLOA ANNUAL ELECTION

The 2018 election for four seats on the YLOA Board of Directors and 3 ballot issues is now under way. We’ve created the video below explaining just how to prepare and send in your YLOA ballot so that there is a successful election. All YLOA members have been sent packets with information, ballot and envelopes.
Remember to fill out all information requested on the white envelope. Especially important: YOUR LOT NUMBER and SIGNATURE! If you don’t know your lot number, call the YLOA office at 559-658-7466 and we’ll be glad to give it to you! The process concludes with the Annual Meeting Saturday, July 21.

The second film of our series is the classic “Gidget”: A perky California teen takes up surfing, but would rather ride waves with the guys than date them. The film spawned big-screen sequels, a few TV series and a number of TV-movies

Movies are free for anyone with a pool pass, but please join us for BBQ dinner. It is quick, convenient and affordable and will help us cover the expense of licensing and showing films at the pool.
