From General Manager Jonathan Penrose:

Thank you to all that were able to attend our Town Hall on October 23rd. We had nearly 90 attendees with 68 people joining us for dinner. We enjoyed an engaging discussion that covered a wide range of topics from Trust and Transparency, to Communication, to Smart Spending, to Balancing Short and Long Term priorities to the Value of our Community Amenities.

I greatly appreciate the feedback and community involvement as we work together to make Yosemite Lakes Park an even better place to live!

We conducted a survey of attendees to rate the value of our existing amenities. We received about 60 surveys. The value of our existing amenities was rated as Good to Great with the Pipeline Project and the Blue Heron receiving the highest ratings for value.

Among the most highly rated events were Friday Nights at the Clubhouse, the Fire Station Fundraiser (hosted by our Golf Community) and the Holiday Boutique (organized by Ladies of the Lakes)

Our next Town Hall is scheduled for Tuesday, January 22nd. We will be discussing 3 associations that our similar to ours: Lake of the Pines, Bear Valley Springs and Pine Mountain. Hope to see you there!
